How to prepare for a video visit and make the most of it

Good preparation makes a video visit as useful as an in-person one.

   Check your connection

   Join a few minutes early, with your battery charged and good coverage or wifi.

   Find a quiet spot

   A place with good light and no noise helps your doctor see and hear you well.

   Have your information ready

   Prepare your list of medicines, your latest readings and recent reports or lab results.

   Write down your questions

   Note what you want to ask beforehand so you don't forget anything.

   After the visit

   Check the report your doctor sends you in the app, along with their instructions.
